Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the product is disconnected, cleaned, and secured in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam.
Schedule a Pickup or Drop-off
For large appliances, our logistics team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside pickup; smaller items can be shipped using the provided prepaid label.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
